(Big Root Geranium). Cransebill. Height to 45 cms. Rope like rhizomes that barely need to touch the ground. Aromatic spicy foliage that is rounded, lobed and divided. Evergreen with small pink flowers in spring. Nice ground cover and suits edging for shady area.
Height to 60 cms. Masses of large blue flowers on tall stalks. Remove old flowers to prolong flowering spring to autumn. Sun, good drainage.
Low growing with silvery grey green foliage. Compact ground cover with pretty pink flowers. Two upper petals have dark coloured 'eyes'. Sun and good drainge. Grows well in my rock garden.
