Rare and seldom available. Has not flowered 2025. 30 cms. Fleshy roots produce narrow blade-like leaves which bear creamy-yellow orchid-like flowers in spring. Lovely in partial shade, woodland garden. Winter dormant.
Height to 60 cms. Lovely with 2 tone purple flowers that are highly fragrant. Long flowering. Suitable for sun. Dead-heading promotes more growth and flowering.
To 80 cms. Long arching stems of slender bottlebrush like flowers in summer, that are a lovely rosy red colour. Sun. Clump forming habit. Winter dormant.
Height to 60 cms. Masses of large blue flowers on tall stalks. Remove old flowers to prolong flowering spring to autumn. Sun, good drainage.
Collect or stems may need trimmed. 1.2 metre stems of pretty foliage topped with a myriad of small white flowers with prominent stamens, creating a cloud like effect. Has a lavender/white appearance. Sun or semi shade, rich soil. Moisture in summer. Winter dormant.
Height to 90 cms. Lovely blue-green heavily ribbed leaves. Droopy mauve bell-shaped flowers late summer. Shade, moist humus rich soil. 1.5 to 2 litre pots. Winter dormant.
