Height to about 50 cms. Fat, fluffy spires of a brilliant pink. Early flowering variety. Semi-shade, moist soil. Winter dormant.

Impressive Thalictrum growing to 1.4 metres in height. Fragrant flower stems topped with airy puffs of soft cream flowers each with bright yellow stamens. Long lasting flowers - good for floral arrangements. Luscious deep green fern-like foliage which turns golden yellow in autumn. Winter dormant.
To 45 cms. Compact and late flowering with large, fluffy, cornflower-like blue flowers late summer to autumn. Sun. Suits moist, sandy but well-drained soil, good drought tolerance. Not too wet in winter. Remove spent flowering stems to encourage additional blooms. Rock garden, front of border, cottage garden. Winter dormant.
