Height to 15 cms. Striking bright gold, toothed leaves - colour is lime green. If grown in part shade. Lavender blue, star-shaped, upward facing flowers late spring to mid-summer. Compact for rockery or edging. Winter dormant.
RARE SPECIMEN PLANT. 45 cms. An exotic hybrid with huge, lobed umbrella shaped leaves which are splashed and spotted. Unusual maroon red flowers are followed by fleshy fruits (May apples). Woodland, rich moist soil. Full shade. 1.5 litre. Mainly winter dormant, may retain some leaves if given more protection.
