(Bridal Wreath). Dark green leaves to 30 cms. 70 cm spikes bear flowers that are pale pink with deeper pink veining. Summer flowering. Old-fashioned favourite. Sun or partial shade. Good cut flower.
5 small pots - suitable to be potted on (Growing on Lines). Rare beauty. To 60 cms when in flower. Large, fragrant, flared, pale yellow bell-shaped flowers above dense rosettes of crinkled and toothed leaves. Rare species, almost as large as the Giant Himalayan Cowslip. Lovely for under rhododendrons. Winter dormant.
(Burning Bush). Plants are 2 to 3 years old. Mature plants are up to 90 cms in height. Purple-mauve flowers with darker veins early summer, highly fragrant lemon scented leaves. A beautiful plant when in flower and a favourite of mine. Lovely as specimen plant where you can brush past it. Usually take 4 years to flower. Winter dormant.
20 cms. Summer dormant. Soft crumply oval leaves, scalloped and stalked that bear pale lavender flowers in spring. Part shade.
To 80 cms. Long arching stems of slender bottlebrush like flowers in summer, that are a lovely rosy red colour. Sun. Clump forming habit. Winter dormant.
