Height to 1.2 metre. Largest variety available. Impressive with huge, thick, dark green leaves. Reddish violet flowers in summer. Moist shade. Winter dormant.
(Burning Bush). Plants are 2 years old. Mature plants are up to 90 cms in height. Purple-mauve flowers with darker veins early summer, highly fragrant lemon scented leaves. A beautiful plant when in flower and a favourite of mine. Lovely as specimen plant where you can brush past it. Usually take 4 years to flower. Winter dormant.
To 1.5m. Handsome, attractively bronze tinted leaves and small star-shaped bright pink flowers in large conical panicles in summer. Suits near ponds in sun/semi shade. Moisture loving and clump forming. Winter dormant.
