20 pieces of Convallaria majalis (Lily of the Valley), with medium sized shoots. Height to about 20 cms. Highly fragrant hanging white bells late spring. Lance shaped leaves. Part shade, moist. Winter dormant.
To 90 cms. Long spikes of double white flowers in summer. Sun to part shade. Winter dormant.
(Burning Bush). Plants are 1 year old. Mature plants are up to 90 cms in height. Purple-mauve flowers with darker veins early summer, highly fragrant lemon scented leaves. A beautiful plant when in flower and a favourite of mine. Lovely as specimen plant where you can brush past it. Usually take 4 years to flower. Winter dormant.
Elegant and cottagey. Perfectly erect spikes to one metre tall are densely decorated with single white flowers studded with purple and orange eyes. Rich green leaves form a handsome rosette. Essential for formal or cottage gardens. Cut spent spikes and it will bounce back with new ones. Self-sows! Winter dormant.
