Height to 20 cms. Evergreen ground cover for open woodland or around shrubs. Moist shade. Light pink flowers followed by red berries. Glossy rich foliage.

Cute little low growing plant with deep green, glossy, arrowhead leaves and long-tailed, brown and white flowers that suggest mice doing handstands in the greenery. Forms a low patch under trees in spring, goes dormant in hot weather. Often autumn to winter dormant.
(Bishop's Hat). 30-40 cms. Lots of pretty deep creamy-lemon flowers and attractive foliage. Great slow growing ground cover and perfect for under trees and shrubs. Suits a drier position in part to full shade.
