Orders and Delivery

Ordering Perennials and Bulbs

Orders can be placed anytime of the year. Plants or bulbs may be dormant at the time of dispatch. There is no minimum order although freight costs make small orders expensive. Post office box numbers are not satisfactory for courier delivery with Aramex. At the time of ordering please list some acceptable substitutes of your choice as some lines sell out very quickly. Substitutes will not be sent unless you have indicated this on your order form. All prices include GST.
 
Dispatch Information:

All products are dispatched as soon as possible and are packed in boxes or New Zealand Post bags. Tax invoices can be e mailed on request.

Our Guarantee

Occasionally boxes of plants are tipped over by couriers. Please check the plants before signing for them. If your item does not arrive in good condition, please telephone me. Your delivery person will need to see the box and contents and is likely to remove the goods. Following that I can put in a claim form for reimbursement.

Up to banana box size.
South Island
Dunedin                $8.00
Southland, Otago, Oamaru, Timaru    $9.50
North of Timaru            $15.00

North Island                $16.00 (under 5 kgs)        $23.50 (up to 15 kgs)

All RD addresses are $6.50 extra. The courier locator on the Aramex NZ website indicates if your address is RD. Small towns, out of the way places and RD addresses may incur this extra cost. Please contact me for this information. Alternatively you have the option of collecting your goods from an alternative address or from the nearest courier depot.

Payment:

After you place your order, we will calculate the freight cost and notify as soon as possible of the total amount to pay and payment options.
