Hosta 'Kiwiskyscraper'
To 1 metre. Outstanding variety with rich blue-green, thick foliage in a distinctly upright large mound. Lavender flowers in mid-summer. Great as a background or specimen plant for part/full shade, moist rich soil. 1 to 2 litre pots. Winter dormant.

(Japanese Iris). Stunning variety with pale blue flowers with fine white edging. Sun, average to moist soil. 80 to 90 cms in height. Winter dormant.
Jasione laevis
To 20 cms. Forms a low tuft or mound of grey-green leaves, bearing balls of violet-blue flowers for weeks on end that look similar to a Scabious or Pincushion Flower. Prefers an acidic, well drained soil. Excellent in a rock garden but suitable for a border or edging a pathway. Remove faded flowers to promote more buds to form. Sun to part shade.

To 70cms when in flower. An unusual and captivating perennial bearing a lengthy display over the warmer months of deep crimson, pin-cushion style flowers.
